Comtrol's LoudMouth unit reflects years of design experience and represents the most advanced mine page phone available to the mining industry today. It provides clear and undistorted communication throughout the entire mine page phone system. It is a battery operated unit with paging and handset communications. The standard Comtrol LoudMouth is a portable, stainless steel, solid state, permissible telephone and paging unit that uses two 12-volt batteries, is intrinsically safe, and is MSHA approved. Non-permissible units, which page at higher voltages, are also available.
