represents the most advanced mine page phone available to
the mining industry today. It provides clear and
undistorted communication throughout the entire mine page
phone system. It is a battery operated unit with paging
and handset communications. The standard Comtrol
LoudMouth is a portable, stainless steel, solid state,
permissible telephone and paging unit that uses two
12-volt batteries, is intrinsically safe, and is MSHA
approved. Non-permissible units, which page at higher
voltages, are also available.
